What do you eat to gain calcium if you don't like milk and tofu?

Which kinds of food give you enough calcium/ not just a little bit?

Milk products with lots of calcium:
Yogurt
Cheese, including American cheese, Ricotta cheese, Cheddar cheese, Mozzarella cheese, etc.
Milk shakes

Non-dairy products:
Salmon
Collard Greens
Rhubarb
Sardines
Spinach

Okra
White Beans
Baked Beans
Calcium fortified orange juice

Here's a link for you about calcium. If you don't like milk products at all, and you don't like any of the other nondairy products I listed, you can and should take supplements so that you can get your recommended daily allowance of calcium in. Health food stores and grocery stores will offer vitamins for this. A lot of people also take Tums to get their calcium allowance. There are other foods that will say on the label "Fortified with calcium" which provide you with extra calcium, too.
