Do African Americans have a better chance at becoming a nurse than Hispanics?

Question:
Why are there very few male nurses?

Answers:
Both fall into the "minority" category so NO. Secondly, they take a look at your grades/and or abilities. If both persons both African Americans or Hispanics want to get into school it will be by meeting the university or (school's) criteria. Actually more and more male nurses are currently in the field probably because the pay is fairly decent and there's lots of options in the workforce.
not if they speak english
i think we are both neck and neck. but hispanics have a higher population than blacks so going off that info alone, it could very easily be hispanics.
First question - No.
Second question - Nursing to the majority of the work class is looked at as a woman's job. Most male nurses I have met are gay. (Real Men, I am not saying all male nurses are gay, just the ones I have met. Thank you!)
I think theres very few male nurses because they think thats for girls. And other guys how they have to maintain their family they want to go a step further and be a doctor for example. I think African Americans have a better chance being a nurse cuz thewere born in u.s. and hispanics dont.
i think have chances for a job should not involve the color of your skin or your sex. its all about attitudes and skill. you are asking a sexist and racist question. our society needs better basis than these kinds of old opinions.
