I had chest pain and thought it was heart related, it ends up it was a peptic ulcer caused from taking too much ibuprofen, from a sinus head ache I had. Try Tylenol instead of Ibuprofen, and maybe an antacid, and stay away from coffee, sodas and alcohol for a while, see if that helps.
