you need to see a doctor. you may need to go on some water pills. you can get some water pills over the counter and try them before you see a doctor to save you some money.
Bad circulation in your legs. Mine is doing it and the doctor put me on water pills. It can also be a sign of pending heart problems. I would go see your family doctor so he can rule out heart problems and go from there
Anemia, low oxygen level in the blood,
Congestive Heart Failure,Impeded circulation,
Renal problems.I am not trying to scare you but
get checked
Look to your food labels for hidden salt. Prepackages and prepared foods are loaded with salt. Example: one serving of canned chicken noddle soup can have as much as 1500 mg of salt. So, to know for sure that salt is not an issue read EVERY label including salad dressings, sauces, gravies, etc.
My hidden salt intake was so high my blood pressure was out of control; and I never use table salt.
A daily average of salt should be 2000 mgs. That incules every food or drink you have!
try some products from this company people say they work wonders

congestive heart failure...see a Dr ASAP or better yet a Cardiologist ... are your shoes too small ? Do you drink alcohol? keep your feet up when sitting... don't stand motionless for long periods... read up on side effects for any meds you may be taking ... when in doubt always check w/ Dr or your local ER!
Low level of haemoglobin also causes swelling of the feet. Instead of worrying and getting panicky, you should go for a medical check up before it is late.
