Did Head&Shoulders shampoo make my hair fall out?

Question: I bought the "Refresh" Head& Shoulders Dandruff shamoo today, was all excited about "feeling the tingle". The next thing I know, a whole bunch of my hair started to fall out as I was rinsing. Has anyone else experince the same thing?

Answers:
I always have my hair coming out in handfuls, but I have really thick long hair and I expect it. It might have had something to do with it. I don't know.
