I have periodic tingleing and numbness in the left side of my body and back on the right side what could be it

Question:
The back pain almost seems like extremely tight muscles that get worse with tension and no pain medication helps. I am not sure if the pain in my back and the numbness and tingling are related, and if not what would be the cause

Answers:
Just to be on the dafe side, please see a neurologist. There can be many serious things going on. Good luck.
Check if you have diabetes. What you complain of can be the presenting picture of a patient suffering from Diabetic Neuropathy. Let me know if I was right.

I am not saying this is the condition that you have but just that the probability is high. If you are non-diabetic, kindly approach a doctor and get qualified medical advice. Is this answer OK? Do let me know if you have more doubts.
pinched nerve or poor circulation
It could be a side effect from a minor stroke. Pinched nerves could also cause the problem. See a doc ASAP.
