One kidney is bigger will it have to work harder?
Question:
Answers:
It probably always has been. Everyone's kidneys are different sizes, just like ears or feet. The dominant one, which is usually the bigger [but not always!] will work harder. Sometimes the kidney that is larger is weaker though, because of a small defect in it, or placement, etc.
Actually, the they will work like normal kidney will, except the bigger one will have an easier time with it.
