Maybe, it depends on the State you are trying to get your license in, how long ago your DUI was, etc. I would advise going to the school you plan to attend and asking then, or calling or writting your state board of Nursing and asking. Your chances are even better if you can show that you have done a rehab program of some type. Of course your chances are worse if you have ever been busted for drugs, especially prescription drug abuse. Good luck....Steve RN
