What should I do to complaint about a Walgreens?

Question:
The Walgreens nearby my house did not treat customers with respect and courtesy. The promise time to pick up my meds weren't fulfilled, when they have no meds I wasn't informed until I came to pick it up, and worst of all was when they gave me the wrong dose.

Answers:
I'm sure I know which Walgreens you are talking about. I have the same issues. That's why I switched Walgreens. They need to be complained about. I would call the corporate office. Call them to get the number - no need to tell them why - just get the number. Call and write a letter to the corporate office with your concerns of the staff's behavior. After all, if it wasn't for the sick people that Walgreen staff would be without a job. They need respect, kindness and effeciency.
Why don't you suck it up like a mature adult would? No one likes snitches and no one likes whiners. I probably would treat you like sh!t myself if I was dumb enough to work at a place like Walgreen's.
Write to thier head office. While you're at it, report the clown who posted the first answer.
I would call that walgreens and talk to a supervisor and let them in on all the problems you've had and if you sill don't get the results you need, call the corporate office and complain!
They have given me the wrong dose to. do you live in ky. Talk to the manager about it.
call walmart to beat it up
Call Them and ask for a manager and ask the manager for the 1-800 number to call and make a formal complaint, even if you don't go through with it, you can scare them and they will try to fix the matter
Get the # to walgreens 1-800 customer service line and report it.There's nothing wrong with calling them. It's called costumer feed back. If you don't say nothing the supervisor can not fix the problem. I would call them in a heart beat. your money is there profit's.

you need to get the address to the home office and write a note to them, not the store manager, because they will just toss the letter out, I've seen that done already, call Walgreens and ask for the home office address, they have to give it to you,
