In India where hypotrophic keloid is treated by cyosurgery?

Question: I have been burnt in an accident,in 2003.I got heavy Keloids on my face as well as on various parts of my body.I want to remove these 3 to 10 mm thick keloids by cryosurgery.But I don't know where it takes place.Which hospitals of India provide this fascility.
