He probably didn't see much, because of the lights.we have to see what we are doing, and we need to induce sufficient amount of relaxation of the abdominal muscles.if you are conscious, the muscles are tense and difficult to work with. It makes a good tale but practically, it would have been better to tape it. Most surgeons would not have allowed it but I guess there are a few that might do it and risk mal-practice and malfeasance suits.

I am having same trouble as you finding this answer all i know different to what you already have got is that this person is an entertainer.Born in Thailand,Bangkok or Russia.So far no answer has been right one yet.If some one reads this and knows the answer HELP it is driving me nutty searching.
