Answers:
What type of rash is it?
Is it red/scaly/itchy etc?
Call NHS Direct on 08 45 46 47 (local rate) and a nurse will ask you a few questions to find out what it is. Good Luck and "get well soon" to your daughter.
She may need to have a blood test. She could be low on certain minerals eg zinc.

Any chance you have "toxic" black mold in the walls of your home?
You need to find an independant distributer for foreverliving products - they specialise in aloe vera which IS fantastic for this problem. I've seen aloe clear up 20 yr old ulcers which the usual prescribed drugs didn't touch. It will clear the rash too. Don't bother with shop bought aloe - its too weak, you need the genuine article. Contact me at marionnegus@yahoo.co.uk if o'd like more info.
have you seen a dermatologist or just your PCP? maybe she was allergic to something from the dentist's office? good luck!
Check the diagnosis, as not sure that it is right, treatment for 1 could affect the treatment for the other and she sounds to young to have an ulcer.Get second opinion!!
