i go to the medical centers wellnes complex. it just another name for a gym. if you have a mall large enough you could go there and walk. the wellness complex cost you to go there but the mall is free.

i'd go with malls.i know some indoor malls in my area open up their doors early, the shops aren't open yet, but people go in and just walk around. or check at a community center.
