Answers:
They say "teens" should have around 8-9 hours of sleep. But we all know we never get that much. I am 17 and I get about 6 since I go to bed at 11 (homework..>:O) and wake up at 5:30. My school starts at 7:00 =(
8 hrs
At least 8 hours.

i wish my mom named me that. anyway, you are a teen, so you actually need more sleep than kids do! it's surprising.

8-10 hours a night.
10PM - 6AM

8 hours of sleep
I would say no later than 9 or 9:30. I am 23 and I wake up at 6:30 or 7 every morning and I can't function if I go to bed past 10.
I would say a 14 year old should go to bed around 10 or elven to get well rested. It would help you to stay alert in school.
8 to 10 hours per night.
Teenagers definitely need their sleep. Their bodies are still growing and hormones are raging. This may sound strange, but I think you should be in bed between 8:00 - 9:00 pm to get up by 6:15 am.
8 hours
Well 8-9 hours is the amount of sleep recomended. So also depending on how long it takes to get to sleep once you are in bed, if straight away then 10.15pm. But say it takes 1/2 an hour to fall asleep then 9:45 etc. But if done regularly and made a habit of going to sleep at the same time, your body clock will adjust and you can eventually go to bed at exactly 10.15pm and fall right into dreamland.
depends on how long you take to fall asleep. you should probobly go to sleep @10. you probobly need 8 hours of sleep
