Normal, try wearing a hat and sunglasses, that might help.
could it be from dehydration?
very normal, at least in my family. What is happening is your body tempurature is going so high your brain is screaming I NEED ICE!!! To remove this headache throw a damp rag in the freezer until it gets a little crispy then put it on the back of your neck. You headache will leave almost instantly. strangely enough this same method works on regular headaches as well.

Yes it is if you are really active outside while you are in the sun your body will start to over heat make sure you are drinking plenty of water but don't drink it fast take small sip or small drinks to much to fast can also be bad for you, i get these also another thing is coming from a hot area to a cool area the sudden drop in your body temperature can cause you to get a headache so maybe before coming in try to cool your self of a little.
Yeah, I get them. That's why I'm sitting my azz in this air conditioned house on the computer instead of being outside. You have to stay hydrated, like, drinking more than normal. I start itching then I end up with a headache. Strange but its always a good excuse to leave somewhere outside that you really don't wanna be like a boring picnic or jogging with a friend and go home or somewhere air conditioned where you'll be cooler.
drink lots of water and wear sunglasses, maybe u should see a dr. about this!
