I Dislocate both of my knees very often? What surgery could fix this? Could i have a knee disease?

my knees dislocate very easily. they mainly will go back in place by themsefes but they have times when they don't. it is very painful. I am a cheerleader, and it ussually happens when i am doing a kick. But it doesn't always. i am very confused. Do i have something wrong with my knees, like a disease or an infection. Please help me!

=of curse there is something wrong with your knees. I am really surprised that with that problem in both knees you haven't really, seriously injured yourself while cheer-leading. I am also amazed that the teacher/coach hasn't noticed this when you fall down. Get yourself to an orthopedic doctor before your injuries become permanent if they haven't all ready. Also some injuries do not have much of an effect till years later down the road but the damage has already been done. Get to a doctor..
