I have a hard time sleeping at night. Im in the same situation, but I moved from California to Texas and now I dont feel tired or fall asleep till 4-5am and then wake up around 1. I hate it and I try taking a hot bath at night before I fall asleep and that helps a little. Plus i started going running at night and that helps too. I also wake up early no matter what time I fall asleep. So if I fall asleep around 5, I still wake up around 9:30 so that way Im really tired at night. When that doesnt work, I still would like to try Lunesta. You might want to try some of those things before taking medicine, but if nothing works.....then you should give it a shot but be sure to talk to your doctor anyway and try all those things and then if they dont help, tell your doctor to prescribe lunesta.
it helps to take a really warm bath right before u want to go to bed then dont turn on any bright lights afterwards. drinking hot tea after that bath might help too.
