Does anyone else have insomnia after taking Dextromethorphan? (Ingredient in tussin/cold remedies)?

Many people are sensitive to this medication. Take half the recommended dose and see if it improves. Everyone is different. This is one of those medications that "more isn't better".

Yeah it gives me the Heebie Jeebies. I cant go to sleep because my mind is racing and I cant be still. It is also caused by Pseudophedrine, which is another ingredient in night time antihistamines.
I saw a program on this issue, and they said that DM can cause euphoria and insomnia in some people, so yes.
Yes it can, epically if it has pseudoephedrine in it.
