It is 2 differents pills i took the naproxen sodium last night and i wanna take the advil pm tonight is it safe?

Answers:
Go on ahead and take the Advil PM, the naproxen sodium is out of your system and the Advil PM will help with sleeping and the pain. To treat your pain before you go to bed try alternating heat and ice an hour before your head hits the pillows. Use a bag of frozen veggies and a heating pad or take a sock, fill it with uncooked rice, tie a knot and warm in the microwave for 5 or so minutes and apply the heat then the ice every 15 minutes the hour before you go to bed. Take your Advil about 15 minutes before you go to bed and that will help it get in your system before you lay down.

Hope you sleep well and find comfort!
its fine..naproxen is generally out of your system in 12 hrs...advil will be out of your system in 6 hrs. the kink in your neck could be a pinched nerve go see a chiropractor and you wont have to worry about taking anything for the kink.
You don't need to take Naproxen sodium and advil pm. The advil pm has ibuprofen and Diphenhydramine (Benadryl). You don't want to combine the Naproxen Sodium with ibuprofen. Take the Naproxen Sodium every 8 hours. Take benadryl at night to help you sleep. Alternate heat and ice on your neck. Do some stretches. If things aren't better in 4-5 days, call your doctor.
Why don't you go to your neighborhood doctor of Chiropractic and have it taken care of.. You have been treating the symptoms and leaving the cause unattended, should you continue to look for pills to take care of the problem.. you will be on a never ending search. At the same time allowing the condition to progress to further problems.
