Are milk powders helpful for old people?

Question:
I have seen many adverts on TVs and magazines about milk powders that are beneficial for old people, especially to strengthen bones. Do these actually work as claimed or are we being conned into buying something that is of no value?

Answers:
The kind which is low in fat, contains calcium which is good for bones. Do not buy full milk, but hte low fat one

Other Answers:
No. Milk powder is not helping at all.. neither is it healthy.
How can you make milk to powder anyway without adding chemicals !?
It's just a bunch of bullshit.
Besides that. TV and Magazines lie.

Milk is not good food.
NO!!

Whole milk either raw or pasturized from grass fed cows not given anitbiotics or hormones. Powdered milk has oxidized cholesterol. It's the oxidized cholesterol that caused arteries to clog up. Powdered milk is added to 1% and 2 % milk by the way.
