Are legal highs just as dangerous as ecstasy or completely safe?
Question:
I did experience heart palpitations and nausea but this soon passed. There was no comedown the next day at all.
Are these too good to be true or might they harm me?
Answers:
anything that makes your heart go over the normal rate of 60-80 other than exercise is NOT good for you.
you might think these "legal highs" do no harm but the day people start understanding that it just takes ONE of these pills to make your heart stop and to kill you-then maybe they won't think them so unharmful anymore.
it upsets me to see people doing these types of things to their bodies-half the time they end up in the hospital (and in my unit) taking up a hospital bed that could have been used on someone that was more seriously ill due to an unexpected car accident or other illness such as cancer. please think about what you're doing to yourself and how you would hurt the ones that love you if you were to die from it-it's not worth it!!
Not if you want to live a long healthy life.
