Am I lacking anything if I am tired all the time?

Question:

Answers:
I suggest, as I am an intern md, get on a multivitamin and an iron supplement. Also, drink more fluids with vitamin c in it.
Iron
Too many carbs and not enough protein. Take vitamins with b12, it'll boost your metabolism. Drink plenty of water too..
Excercise, a balanced diet and sunshine, maybe? Go for a run or walk after work or school every day, even if you're tired, you'll be amazed with the results!
Yes, you could be. You need to find a physician and have a work up. You could have some type of deficiency (like anemia) or a disease (like CFS). Ask them todo a CBC, B12/Folate, ANA, and a sed rate. If these come out ok, try a little exercise.
sleep?
maybe lack of sleep? or, you may need to change your diet. im no expert, but i remember hearing that if you start getting tired in early afternoon, sesame seeds can perk u up,and (i think) a handful of nuts and raisons..i know i9 havent quite answered you fully, but i would personally put it down to not enough sleep or your diet. youd be suprised just how much food/drink affects us afterwards...all the best
Multivitamins and go get some massage. Like shiatsu.
this may be a sign of depression, i know because i feel like that at times. see your doctor and talk to him about your feelings.
