When I go to a sauna 3 minutes is longest I can stay. My nose gets dry and feels like I'm sufficating why?

naturally, there's a drift of air molecules from cool to warm environment. if your basal body temp is quite low, the warm sauna air will drain fluid from your body system and give that sense of dryness. i suggest you take a warm drink b4 going in.

no thats steam rooms saunas make me sick to they are for sore joints and you are sensitive to heat
