When I had a catarct op which I assume is similiar.It's not painful but there is slight discomfort for a few daysYou have stiches in your eye for a week and you have keep using eye drops during this time However it was worth it, as I regained perfect sight Cost of op was$2000

You mean Refractive Lens Exchange.I had a consultation a week ago.It costs about two thousand an eye. I have read all about it on line. Type in the above. I don't fancy it but may have to have it done.
