if drinking eight daily glasses of any other liquid could keep you just as healthy, what would you be drinking?

Answers:
Water is the best to flush out your body and help you lose weight. Here are other suggestions: Green or white tea, orange juice, fat free milk. Drinking water is still the best, and green or white tea are made with water so these will count toward your daily quota of water. And they taste good and are loaded with antioxidents. Water or green tea. The basic idea is to stick to clear, calorie and caffeine free drinks.
fresh orange juice, as after a glass of that, i feel full, so not only will i be healthy drinking 8 pints, i will not feel the need to snack on choccy bars as the orange filled me up!
i would drink apple sours they are fab and so would my view of the world be if i drank eight of them each day
Probably some kind of juice like apple or cranberry juice.
Can't remember when I last drank a glass of water. I only drink coffee.

I think that is a what is recommended drink when your thirsty a few glasses a day should be enough
iced tea (rasperry lemon sweet watermelon peach the list is endleess)
If any other liquid could keep you just as healthy, then you could take your pick of them. The point is that there is no such liquid. (except maybe green tea.)

Human Beings are (according to Dr Who, and he knows about these things) a carbon-based life-form which needs water to survive. So - two glasses when you wake up; one at 11ses; one at 30 minutes before lunch, two mid-afternoon; one at 30 minutes before dinner, and one mid-evening. Or as soon as you feel thirsty, for example if you have been exercising, drinking, or, er, eating icecream. Never drink chilled water with a meal.

Water. If water needs something to change the taste, put lime or lemon juice in it.
If you cannot drink 8 glasses a day, you can eat juicy fruits. Like melon. I would prefer to drink at least 4 glasses of water and cranberry juice.
I would like to say Vodka but I think I would have to stick to Water.....
