Plz help neck pain?

Question: hey guys how can i make my neck pain go away the other day me and my friend were in my basement headbanig for about 3 hours and i thought my head was gonna fall off it still hurts pretty bad today how can i make the pain go away i posted this question before but all i got was lectures lol thnx

I could lecture. But in my experience it goes away eventually. Just be patient I guess, and take some tylenol or something.

well swithing between warm and cool on your neck will help. try to use it as little as possible maybe even get a neck brace. and make sure you dont sleep on it wrong because that will just make it worse.
