A ball in my earlobe.?

sounds kinda like a cyst...numb the earlobe with ice and poke a needle into the hole then squeeze it.will probably have stuff in it kinda like a zit..get as much of it out as you can and clean it with alcohol...keep it clean and dry until it goes away..
It is probably the cartilage that was broken when they pierced your ear. I have it in both of my ears in both sets of piercings. It may hurt, but try to put your earrings back in and it should open them back up.
