Do you think exercise helps people to learn and remember better?

Question:
Do you think exercise helps people to learn and remember better?

Answers:
ya of coz..
when u exercise.. the oxygen will circulate more effective to your brain.. and also all parts of the body.. when that happens, u will feel fresher and more alert.
Thats why schools all encouraging srudents to exercise during free time.
I don't know, but the right video game can too.
no
I wouldn't think so; I can't see any correlation between bench-presses or baseball, for example, and composing an essay, or working higher math.

The latest fad, though, is to credit exercise with all manner of benefits, whether proven or not. A hundred years ago, it was water therapy; fifty years ago, it was contemplation of the metaphysical. Who knows what's next.
Oh, yeah, definitely. It gets the blood flowing to the brain. I'm a writer, and a good walk is a great way to get ideas. You don't have to go overboard, but it's really important to move your body every hour, and to get a nice, sustained exercise session (even 10 minutes is better than nothing) once a day.

If I had to "cram" I'd take a little walk beforehand, stretch every ten minutes or so, take a quick walk (1 minute) every hour and then take a little walk after. Oh, and get enough sleep.

YMMV, but my experience says exercise is great for the brain. "Healthy body, healthy mind" is a saying that's been around for centuries, after all.
I think it works; for about thirty days I went without doing anything just sitting around it was great however I was forgotten things and just was very slow at everything, then I did thirty days of exercise and everything went of better I was not forgetting as much and the more I kept at it I was able to pro form day to day activity better, That's just me...
Increased exercise causes increased metabolism, increased oxygen levels, which all cells in your body thrive on - so yes, exercise does indeed help your learning processes.
yes because you feel better
