Headaches From The Weather?
Question:
Answers:
Lots of people get headaches from the weather - it can be from humidity, drying air, changes in barometric pressure... Docs have a variety of explanations from expanding and contracting blood vessels, to changes in body chemicals, etc. Sounds like yours are pain occuring in your sinus... probably sinus pressure building with the changing weather.
The biggest thing you have going for you is you know when they will happen - watch for the changing weather. Try taking sudafed right before the big storm hits, or before you go out for a humid day. Also, try walking by a river or waterfall - ionized air seems to help a lot of people.

and just relax
dont take to much tension
I have the same thing. I think it's a kind of migraine caused, possibly, by changes in barometric pressure. You might want to see a doctor if it happens a lot; maybe some prescription migraine medicine would help. I always thought living in a dry climate, like a luxury condo in Las Vegas, would help, but for some reason my insurance won't pay for it! ;)
I’m not an expert but one of the signs of early dehydration during hot weather is an headache, drink plenty of water constantly through out the day even if you aren’t thirsty.
But yeah still think you should see a doc just in case, it's what they're there for.
It could be sinus related...go to your Dr and see if they cando a CT of your sinus cavity.
