Question:
Answers:
It could be an iron deficiency but sometimes it is caused by teh rapid growth of a growth spurt or something you will either grow out of it or need to get more iron in your diet.
Other Answers:
You may be low in IRON, try taking iron supplements, or chew on a nail
go to the doctor, it could be serious
when you have a nose bleed you need to sit down and lean forward a bit while pinching your nose. the bleeding could be from dry weather.
if you live in a dry environment use a humidifier. that's one of the main causes of nose bleeds. if this has been happening a lot, SEE A DOCTOR! you can't live like that for long, and you certainly can't keep hemmorhaging like that!
You may be low in calcium.
You might have thin capillaries (little blood vessels) in your nose - I had that as a child and I kept getting nose bleeds. I went to the doctor and she cauterized my nose, I forget how. I seem to remember her sticking some kind of stick up there. I remember it hurt like hell for about a minute, but then I didn't have nose bleeds any more. It was worth it. Good luck!
there are alot of things that could cause this, all of which need to be addressed by your doctor. The best advice is to have it looked at now, before your little problem becomes a horribly big problem.
Inside the nose are many, many tiny blood vessels. Coughing, sneezing, or even cleaning the nose can cause them to bleed.
Pinch your nose and lean your head forward between your legs while sitting. Keep it pinched for at least 5 mins. The blood vessel has to form a clot to close the end of it. If you remove this clot it starts bleeding again. It has to heal just like a sore does.
That is why it bleeds so many times a day, you somehow displace the clot and it has to reclot. Usually you outgrow these but sometimes not.
See an eye,ear,nose&throat doc.
Never try to pinch your nose or let the blood run down in such a way that you are able to taste it because you can choke on your own blood. Just let it run freely with your head tilt forward and the bridge of your nose pinched.
For frequent nose bleeds, your nose might be too dry or you could be lacking in something important for your health. (Perhaps iron, I don't know.) I would suggest going to a clinic to see what a doctor has to say and, if he prescibes any nose medicine, to take it. There is nothing less attractive than bloody tissues everywhere.
stop picking it.and you won't have a problem..
First you may want to try a mist for your nose to help keep it moist.I think its called ocean spray, I buy generic for my son-much cheaper. You need to spray a few times a day.And if that doesn't work, you may need to get it cotorized.
My son has this problem. The specialist said the lining in area has thinned.
Has there been any recent trauma to your nose? Have you had a cold or allergies?? Do you take any blood thinners such as asprin? If the answer to these questions are no, I would get my blood pressure checked. I don't know how old you are, but even young people get high blood pressure. It could be that you just need to change the way you eat and perhaps get on some medication for awhile to stabalize your BP.
Sometimes, people just seem to have bloody noses for no reason as well. Your nose if filled with tiny capillaries that can break open and make it seem like there's really alot of blood.
Check the humidity in the air, and if your nose seems too dry, grab a little vasoline to rub up in there to help.
I really would no matter what, get your BP checked. It's best to catch things like that early.
Good luck and keep that hankie handy! : )
If your nose is bleeding out of being dry way up there you might try putting some vasoline on a q-tip and get as comfortably far back as you can get to moisten your nasal cavities. Other than that you may have a weak blood vessel in your nose that needs kotterized. My brother had nose bleeds so bad that he would bleed through his eyes, eventually he had his nose kotterized and it stopped.
This is something you should be speaking to your doctor about. There are various possibilities this can be, ranging from allergies and dry air to something more serious.
If you take a lot of sinus medicine it can cause nose blleeds, try a different kind or make sure it has the ingredient to not dry your sinus, try one with out atihistimine

the best thing to do is cunsult your doc--but until then depending on symtems you can do a few of these---if there is pressure in your face it is most likely sinus' over the counter sinus pills will help releave the pressure---when you bleed and hold ur nose do not tilt ur head back that will stop the drain down ur throat----anemia could be the problem and if you are bleeding that much you need to go to the doc do not play with this one
Well, you just might have weak capillaries. My little brother has constant nose bleeds. It depends on what you are eating or if its an heriditary trait for constant nosebleeds.
If you have allergies, be careful how you blow your nose because since capillaries are so small, they can be easily broken by too much pressure. If it helps, use breathing strips to, depending if you snore because of your condition. Sometimes its too much air that can dry your nostrils, and then it can crack and bleed.
To check it out, go to your local Ear, Nose and Throat doctor. All of your sinuses, blood vessels, capillaries, and throat is all connected. You have to see a doctor that specializes in those types of problems. Dont let it go undetected because you will have problems breathing later.
Best wishes and good luck homie! ;)
