I THINK THEY USED TO DROP THEM FROM THE SKY LIKE THE TRAINS DROPPED THEM ALONG THE TRACKS, BUT NOW DAYS. THEY KEEP THEM UNTIL THEY LAND AND THEN THEY GET CLEANED OUT.
