Yes it is possible that some magnetic and microchip devices in key cards or key tags can potentially cause interference with health effects. The effect is probably insignificant, however, some devices can generate significant energy or amplify or focus energy, magnetic fields, radiation in the environment with significant output to the person and can even burn a person if there is enough magnetic field pressent. The effect of a key tag negerating a field on its own without interference, such as a cell phone, is unlikely.
Don't they use magnets in some alternative healing...

No one to date has been able to prove that cell phones or microwave ovens cause tumors or cancer and they emit energy.
I thing that you'd be hard pressed to prove that a key card does.
