What is wrong if the bottom/sole of your feet is always red?
Question:
Answers:
not sure
You are probably overweight and need to shed off some pounds! All the weight of our body goes to our feet.
You may have athlete's foot or it could be caused by the pressure of your body weight.
You don't have to be overweight to have red heels. Some people, me included, walk or stand with our weight on our heels. You may do it not realize it. Try gel insoles (SpCheck) and see if that helps.
Could be a circulation problem or you have athletes foot or another problem- hopefully not diabetes- check your sugar to make sure- any pain, blistering or peeling?? See MD=D
Your alittle over weight.Don't worry about it.
If u are a girl, possibly you are regularly wearing high heel shoes for a long period of time, putting pressure on your soles thus they turn red.Avoid doing so & see if it makes any difference.
Well I wouldnt count on it being an overweight problem because people used to tell me I was too skinny and I just always thought red soles were normal. Maybe it's from walking on hot concrete at the pool when I was younger and the redness never went away just like sunburns never really go away; I probably have nose cancer
