I can smell Opium.?

Question:

I think somebody smoke it near my house. what should ido? I dont like that smell not healthy at all.if i found the person , how should i speak to that guy?

If you know the smell you must have been around it enough to have done it. Track who ever it is down and party with them.

How do you know what Opium smoke smells like? If it is opium burning .. it won't hurt you, you know that. Let it go, if Law Enforcement smells it.They will do something about it. No need to get involved, and what if you are wrong? I don't think your neighbors will appreciate you "nosing" in.

I dont know if it is really opium, But my neighbors cook drugs all the time. They burn trash and cook dope. They have gotten busted before too. I would ask your local law enforcement to look into it. I hate crack heads.
somehow my neighbors have managed to keep there home, they almost blew themselves up but they have a home and get out of jail easily.
it literally blows my mind.
