I have sore eyes....?

Question:

I have to work on my computer alot and sometime don't get enough sleep
even i try to give my self a break by closing my eyes for 10 minutes every 1 or 2 hours i still have sore eyes , sometime my vision is blur , what should I do to cure it?

take 5 minute breaks and apply those eye lubricating drops.or apply rose water to ur eyes.dont forget to blink...coz i do when i stare at the screen for minutes together
