I got sunburnt deep inside my ears. Do i treat it the same way as i would an external sunburn?

Stop shining light into your ears!
Put a little bit of either Desitin cream or A&D ointment on a Q-tip and gently touch it on the burn inside your ear. I'm assuming that the burn isn't too far into the ear, so don't go into the ear too far with the Q-tip. These two creams are used for diaper rash, but are the GREATEST burn ointments money can buy. They're good to have on hand for other burns too. It's like putting water on fire.
Also, A&D smells better than Desitin, but Desitin works a little better. Good luck.
