Is water really good for you?

Question:

Answers:
Yes it is good for you, but not if you drink too much. You can die from drinking too much water. Just like everything else that is consumed in your body, it goes through your body and is part of it in some way, thats why some people get acne because of what they may eat or drink.

I used to babysit a girl who drunk water all the time and nothing else. She actually died because of that, she was only 8 yrs old and she died because she had up to 4-5 gallons of water in her body, an 8 yr old has about 3-4 gallons of blood in their little bodies and if you have all of that water it waters down the blood flow to the heart.
