Answers:
I'm an adult male and have been eating baby food for the last 10 months or so. I don't eat it for every meal but I have a jar or two each day when I am feeling peckish.
My preference is for the fruit based desserts - they really are excellent and satisfying. The jars I don't particularly enjoy are the ones which are vegetable and meat based. Some are better than other though!
Hipp do a range of 'Italian' sauce based dinners and when they are warm, they are excellent also.
Strange though it may sound - since I have been regularly eating baby food (instead of chocolate etc) I have felt a good deal better.
Also gave up adult drinks - no tea; coffee or alcohol. only milk (not always formula!) ; fruit juice and water.

Certainly you can not harm yourself by eating baby food regularly. You might just find you like it like I do!
Baby food is high in fat, to develop their brain. I've never heard of anyone using baby food as a diet source, but good luck.
Uh oh I misread it .Thought you said gerbil diet .Yes you can survive on a baby food diet ..Elderly people do it all the time .
you could survive (as long as you were eating more then a 10 month old would) there are other ways to diet w/out eating baby food. All baby food is is pureed food.
