What are the health concerns of light smoking?

Question:
I was a smoker for around 2 years and was consuming around 10-15 light ciggaretes (1mg nic, 1mg tar) every day. Recently, I stopped carrying cigarettes at all but still usually get some from my friends and currently consume 2-3 light cigarettes every day. Are there any serious health concerns in this case?

Answers:
Any time you smoke you are ingesting a carcinogenic called benzene. Benzene id found in other thing but is a contributor to many different types of cancers, for r example the blood cancers leukemia etc. You are young enough now and don't smoke that much try your best to give it up. It is one of the hardest habits to break the withdrawal symptoms of a heavy smoker who tries to quit are worse than the withdrawal symptom of a heroin addict. Quit know while your ahead of the game.

Other Answers:
Cigarettes = Cancer

The same as any smoking. One Cig. is one too many.
Risk:
Relapse to heavy smoking, and you still have chance of cancer, Heart attack or Bladderand throat cancer.if you want some one to quanify a 'safe' amount of smoking, you are living in fool's paradise.quit while you are ahead. It's a huge health concern for you.. Being a past heavy smoker!! 2-3 a day leads to 4/5 a day, then 10-15. And that's a serious health problem. If you want to not have to worry about it, then just STOP and NEVER have another cigarette. Good Luck :)
