How can one find the latest cutting edge medical technology and the doctors who prefom it?

In 1995 I suffered a knee injury. The doctor preformed othroscopic surgery (butcher would be a better name for it) removing 80% of the catilage from my knee. 10 years latter, I no long have an active lifestyle. I am seeking a miracle that will restore my agilty.

They have a good communication system ask with out naming names You don't want to step on a Doctors toes even if he is a quack it could effect the next Doctor's care of you. You can look up any doctor's Record by going to your State web site and have the exact spelling and address of the Dr.
