I have really odd patches on my throat, should I see a Dr.?

I woke up this morning with a sore throat. I didnt think anything of it until I checked it out in the mirror this evening. Its really red, swollen, and there are some really interesting patches in there. Not like the usual white puss patches, they are kind of a yellowish color, yet they are still filled with fluid. I am kinda worried, should I go to the doctor ASAP?

case o f 'strep throat' or some other such
infection, you definitely need medical care,
its one of those, 'its not going to get better
on it own, situations.'
