I'm 29 and I've had this little lump like below my right kneecap since I was about 12. what is it?

Question: It only hurts if i accidently bump into something. I have asked doctors and they say there is nothing that can be done.

It could be lipoma or cyst. since it is asymptomatic, dont get tensed for that.
