for things like headaches or daily average minor pains, no. I tend not to like to take pills for those things. Many people abuse advil and other pain meds and their bodys get weaker and depend on the pills. ur not weird. My dad is a doctor and he never liked to take pain meds either.

now for teeth work, i'll take novicane and i HATE shots and needles! no pain meds for thatkind of stuff is weird.

Depends on why your refusing. I refused to take them for years because I knew the older I got the more I would need them so I didn't want to build up a tolerance for them. Talk to a doctor, not some yahoo on yahoo.

I would say no because some people are afraid they'll get addicted to them. Many people feel differently about pain killers and for ones like you.....you're just the smart one in feeling that way!

No, you are being cautious and don't want to be addictive. I live with pain every single day and don't know what it feels like to be pain free but I still don't take pain pills. I could very well become addictive.

No, i am like you too. You do the correct thing. the more painkillers or any other drugs we intake actually makes us worse. It might help for something but destroys our insides painkillers and other drugs are actually slowly killing us. Everything out their that is a drug has side affects. I'm like you they might call us weird but we do the correct thing, When I get sick or when something hurts like my head I refuse to take anything because I have read the bad that it does to you.
