How can i get rid of a hip hematoma from 9 months ago??

Question: was in a serious car accident in feb of 2006, i fractured my right femur and had a rod placement, but my left hip hit the frame of the car and had very bad bruising, and ended up with an extremely large hematoma, that is still there - ive tried massage, but it looks like a really bad saddle bag on one hip, its about a hand full size - how do i reduce it, i cant even fit into some clothes, and the soreness still there is very uncomfortable..please help!

Vitamin D helps to break up hematomas. Spend time in the sun, drink more milk if you're able.

If it's still a problem, you can have it drained. See your physician.
