IF i suck in my stomach I can see my heart beating right below my sternum. IS this normal?

Depending on your build it could be very normal for you. If you are very skinny and not muscular it would be possible to see your "heartbeat." (You're not really seeing your heart, but the tissues your heart is pressing against).
If you are of a regular build then you shouldn't be able to see this phenomenon and should consult a physician.

Most likely you are seeing the pulsations of your aorta, the big artery that runs down inside your abdomen and feeds blood to your kidneys, liver,etc. and to your legs and feet
