A nasty habit. Old habits are hard to break.
sometimes it can happen through you observing someone else constantly do it
metabolic inbalance
Probably no imbalance, it's just a thing you associate with comfort, although some people do it when they're bored simply as a form of bran stimulation. But it's not the result of any imbalances.
nope... just a habbit...when people need a smoke they will do that alot...
I don't think being nervous is an imbalance as much as normal human behavior.
i HATE NAIL BITERS!!!!!!!!!!!! KILL THEM ALLLLLLL!! YA'LL BETTER NOT REPORT ME!
There is not an imbalance that is occuring. Your nails are merely dead skin cells, which will serve you no nutritional purpose. This is not a sign of chemical imbalance, either. It is a psychological addiction for some people, but for most, it is merely a bad habit.
its from nervousness
Neither--it is the result of stress and tension that causes nail biting.
