from last 2 month whenever i get even a very small wound or scar inside my mouth it gets conveted into ulcer. & its takes 8-10 to reach the peak, at that stage its really painful. even i cant eat anything. but after 10 days or so it gets recovered magically in 1.5 days. WHY?

It is herpies. Take Lysine every day to stop them from coming. Don't eat chocolate or drink coffee. Keep your stress level low.
