Wear cotton / linen, as this allows your skin to breathe.
Sit as still as possible, and not directly under lights, or any other electronic device that gives off heat.

if you dip your hands and feet in water then your circulation will carry the cool blood back to your torso, keeping you cool without too much effort!
Pre-visualization. Put a picture in your head of someplace cold. Maybe Antarctica, or Alaska or anyplace you've been or seen that is cold. Imagine yourself sitting naked with the cold air biting into your skin and your breath steaming out into the air as you breathe. Try to feel yourself shivering from the cold and needing to put cover on.

If you do this correctly, your mind will actually tell you that you are cold. But you really, really have to concentrate. Closing your eyes is a good idea. Clear your mind of negative thoughts about how hot you are and focus on the image you have in your mind. This technique ALWAYS works for anything you want to achieve, jogging, lifting weights, dieting...it all depends on your goals. If you visualize what you want, you will get it.
you get this stuff called perma cool in a spray can which cools you down, other than that cold water on your neck head and wrists
Get yourself an Airconditioner.
I read somewhere if you take a tepid bath or shower it lowers the temperature for qute a while....also keep your feet cold and the back of your neck and wrists.
try sitting or standing in a shady area
