Why is it funny? It's a medical condition that can be treated. I feel sorry for him actually, I've never had them but I hear they can be painful.

trust me, you definitely wouldnt want your mate Luke to find it funny if you had piles !!

advise him to drink plenty of water - atleast 8 glasses a day, eat more fibre (bananas, potatoes, bran flakes) and if it is very bad then use suppositories (you get them in boots)

this is medical condition and needs to be solved as soon as possible or it could get really bad and needing operations and keeps getting more and more painful if ignored.

pls urge him to take action !

i thought 'conracted' meant to catch something. you cant catch piles, they develop, or form, if u like. Nasty. They hurt, i got em after giving birth.

i suffered quite badly from piles and asked the doctor for a sick line for work, my boss near choked on his tea when he read it. tell your mate to use spray deodorant on them, you will know if he did when you see the hole in his ceiling
