can she bring a fan to work? that'd be a good idea. also she might want to bring ice packs to help her cool down faster. make sure she drinks plenty of water. i suggest bringing 2 or 3 bottles with her to work to drink periodically throughout the day. i hope her situation improves and that this has helped.

That is just terrible, I did not know businesses were still like that. I would suggest she drink alot of liquids especially natural fruit juices, it keeps the bodies natural temp lower. Water is definitely good.
